Then, after a lengthy eBay search for Weeping Angel statues, I calmed myself down and looked around.
Hey! I have a lot of statues around my house! Many are religious, like this statue of Mary and Jesus that my mom gave me after we lost Fiona:
And, my favorite statue of Mary and Jesus, which I received as a wedding shower gift 2 decades ago:

I'm excited to see the other Theme Thursday posts this week, but until next time....
Cant stop laughing. No apostrophe and all.

DeleteWow! I've never heard of weeping angels. I'm going to have to research it a bit now. Lovely statues you have as well.
ReplyDeleteDon't research it! Just watch Doctor Who!! Terrifying!!
DeleteOh My Goodness! My daughters are always putting pictures of those angels on my computer and facebook page. I hate them...those episodes are SO creepy. They literally give me the goose bumps. Great take on the theme though :) oh yeah, and don't blink!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! Aren't those episodes the scariest?! But, so so good!
DeleteHahahaha! That last one shocked me!
ReplyDeleteI love the one from your wedding shower. So precious.
It's made of wood and is truly my favorite. I love it, too. :)
